When the study workload grows, your team feels it
A recruitment surge, clustered participant visits or an unfilled vacancy can leave your site with more activity than your team can accommodate.
You are left balancing study commitments, participant needs and the pressure on colleagues.
A temporary increase in demand should not have to become a lasting strain on your team.

Maintain study
activity
Keep screening and participant visits moving during periods of increased demand.

Support that fits the realities
of site delivery
“Sites need people who can help them deliver the visits they have planned, make room for recruitment and give their existing team some breathing space. Working with more than 1,850 research sites since 2012 has given our team a practical understanding of what that support needs to look like.”

CASE STUDY
Additional capacity for a demanding diabetes study
An independent German site preparing for a Phase I diabetes study needed additional nurses to manage an intensive visit schedule.
FutureMeds deployed nine experienced study nurses within six weeks for a four-month assignment. They supported 300 participant visits, including out-of-hours visits and specialist unblinded activities.
The additional capacity helped the site complete its planned participant visits within study timelines, without permanent recruitment.
